Jacob Morris

Jacob Morris

Born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona, performing all over the state of Arizona, throughout the
southwest and in Nashville, Jacob’s on-stage presence reveals him as a natural entertainer
and people are starting to notice the excitement built around his name. With over 250
performances in 2019, fans have seen him perform at festivals and showcases nationally
such as Whiskey Jam, Country Thunder and KNIX BBQ and Beer Festival, as well as on
stage opening for artists such as Scotty McCreery, Billy Currington, Chris Janson,
Thompson Square and more.
His latest single “Tennessee Honey”, released in July 2020, was recorded & produced in
the midst of quarantine and landed on Whiskey Riff’s New Music Playlist on Spotify which
included other hit artists such as Brothers Osborne, Tim McGraw and HARDY.
Growing up in a musical family, Jacob started playing guitar and writing original music at
just 14 years old. His first single “Storm” was released in 2016, written about a student at
Corona Del Sol High School who unfortunately took his own life way too early. “Storm” has
acted as an anthem for suicide awareness and has been used as a part of Jacob’s platform
for mental health awareness in partnership with an Arizona non-profit, The Commit
Campaign.
Jacob says, “making music is the highest privilege. Every moment spent on stage, talking to
my fans, writing and recording music, all of it just makes sense to me. I couldn’t be more
appreciative of every person who has believed in my crazy dream. This is truly the best job
and I can’t wait to showcase what else I have up my sleeve…”
While 2020 has brought many challenges of its own, it has, in turn, granted Jacob and his
circle of co-writers the extra time to focus on writing and recording new original music. While
the release date of this material is TBD, it is safe to say that his fans can expect to hear new
hits very soon! See Less
